Talk to RechniaA web application for companies and professionals that import vehicles from other EU countries and sell them in Spain. It works out what each car costs landed here —registration tax, transport, plates, MOT—, the price you have to sell it for to make what you want, and runs the rest of the day-to-day: import projects, contacts, carriers, documents, invoicing and team. It is not for private individuals bringing in one car once.
Three monthly plans, excluding VAT: Basic €89.00, Professional €289.00 and Enterprise €679.00. On Basic and Professional the first month costs €1 —once per company and per person, with a single vehicle check— so you can try it with your own work; Enterprise is charged in full from day one. No lock-in: cancel whenever you like and the service continues until the end of the paid month.
All three include the whole application. Two things change: how many people can sign in (2, 8 and 24) and how many paid lookups are included each month, which are vehicle checks (5 / 20 / 50) and transport calculations with real routing (250 / 1000 / 2500). There are no extra lookups: if they run out in a month, they renew on the 1st, or you can upgrade.
Yes, on all three plans: €78.00, €254.00 and €597.00 a month, excluding VAT, charged in one go: €936.00, €3,048.00 and €7,164.00 a year, at least 12% less than twelve separate months. It is paid in advance, on a single invoice and without the €1 first month; the lookup allowances are still monthly. It renews automatically at the end of the year, and we email you at least thirty days before.
Yes, from within the application, in Company management › Your plan, and only an administrator can. Changing plan —up or down— applies immediately, and the pro rata amount for the rest of the month is charged or credited on the next invoice; cancelling takes effect at the end of the month already paid. With annual payment, upgrading applies immediately and the difference for the rest of the year is charged at that moment; downgrading applies at renewal, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the year already paid. Once the service has ended, the data is kept for 30 days: an administrator can download it from Settings › Account or ask for a full copy from Support; then it is deleted.
Through Stripe, with the payment method you choose from those shown when paying: Rechnia never sees or stores its details. Every charge comes with its invoice showing the net amount and the VAT, and from “Manage payment and invoices” you can change the payment method or download the invoices. If a payment fails, the application keeps working for 10 days of grace and warns you; after that, access is suspended until the account is settled. If 30 days of suspension go by without payment, the service is terminated and the data is kept for 30 more days so that an administrator can download it; it is then deleted.
On servers in Frankfurt (European Union), with a daily backup of the database and of the documents and photos you upload; the last 7 are kept. The documents and photos you upload (invoices, contracts, ID cards, sick notes) are stored on that same server, never in a public folder: they only open with a signed-in session in your company and, inside it, according to permissions; an ID card, a contract or a sick note, only whoever administers and the person themselves. They are never sent to any AI. Each company sees only its own: no other company, and nobody without access, can reach your cars, contacts or invoices. Within your company you decide who gets in and with what permissions. The details are in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.
Yes, whenever you want. The main lists —fleet, plates, projects, sale prices, contacts, employees, time tracking, sick leave and absences, holidays and leave, payslips, invoices, expenses, travel expenses, transaction history and balance— export to Excel, CSV or PDF, and from Settings › Account an administrator downloads the company's data as an Excel file with one sheet per section; attached documents are downloaded from each record. The data is yours; Rechnia acquires no rights over it.
It depends on the plan: 2 on Basic, 8 on Professional and 24 on Enterprise. There are two roles: administrator, who sees and manages everything (company, plan, employees, accounting), and employee, who works with the fleet, projects, calendar, contacts and their own clock-ins and absences, without seeing the accounting or the rest of the team's data. The administrator also decides how many vehicle checks each person can use per month.
It is the check of a specific car, for the finalists of a project, once the seller has given you the VIN. With one click it brings three things: the market value —what identical cars are advertised for in Europe with your car's mileage, against the ad price—; the official workshop history —the services with their date and mileage, to see whether the odometer adds up—, and the equipment it left the factory with, to check that it has what the ad says. The history and the equipment are only there for makes whose manufacturer shares them; otherwise the report says so. It is not an accident report. Each check uses one of the plan's monthly allowance. The report cannot be stored: it shows for one hour, and seeing it again later uses no other one if it is the same car, with the same mileage, within the last 180 days.
Transport with the real route from the address where the car is to your delivery address and the rate of your reference carrier —per kilometre or a fixed price per country of origin—; with no carrier set up, an indicative truck rate. When the purchase is recorded, the actual agreed haulage cost is entered. Taxes with the official tables: registration tax by emissions and the official (BOE) value, transfer tax, plates and MOT. Where a figure is not certain, the application flags it as an estimate instead of inventing it, and the calculation is not tax advice.
Spanish, Catalan and English; each person picks theirs and can change it from their profile. It runs in the browser, nothing to install, and it is designed to be used on a phone and a tablet too: clocking in, checking a car or logging an expense from a supplier's car park.
No. In Fleets › Import you upload a .csv or .xlsx file and Rechnia recognises the columns by their name, in Spanish or English, whatever order they are in; the only mandatory one is the VIN, and the rest —make, model, mileage, plate, origin address…— is filled in if present. You can do it as many times as you want. And the other way round, whenever you like: from Settings › Account an administrator downloads your company's data as an Excel file, section by section.
