Talk to RechniaA web application for companies and professionals that import vehicles from other EU countries and sell them in Spain. It works out what each car costs landed here —registration tax, transport, plates, MOT—, the price you have to sell it for to make what you want, and runs the rest of the day-to-day: import projects, contacts, carriers, documents, invoicing and team. It is not for private individuals bringing in one car once.
Three monthly plans, excluding VAT: Basic 40,00 €, Professional 90,00 € and Enterprise 160,00 €. On Basic and Professional the first month costs 1 €, to try it with your own work; on Enterprise the plan is charged from day one. No lock-in: cancel whenever you like and the service runs until the end of the paid month.
All three include the whole application. Two things change: how many people can sign in (1, 4 and 12) and how many paid lookups are included each month: VIN decodes (10 / 50 / 150) and transport calculations with real routing (250 / 1000 / 2500). If you go over in a month, each extra lookup is charged at a fixed price shown on Pricing, within a cap the administrator sets.
Yes, from within the application, in Company management › Your plan, and only an administrator can. Upgrading applies immediately, pro rata; downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of the month already paid. After cancellation, the data is kept for 30 days in case you come back or want to download it; then it is deleted.
By card, through Stripe: Rechnia never sees or stores the card number. Every month you receive the invoice by email with the net amount, the VAT and the breakdown of any extra usage, and from “Manage payment” you can change the card or download previous invoices. If a payment fails, the application keeps working for 10 days of grace and warns you; after that, access is suspended until the account is settled, without touching the data.
On servers in Frankfurt (European Union), with a daily backup. Each company sees only its own: no other company, and nobody without access, can reach your cars, contacts or invoices. Within your company you decide who gets in and with what permissions. The details are in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.
Yes, whenever you want. Every list exports to Excel, CSV or PDF, and from Settings › Account an administrator downloads a complete copy of the company's data —projects, fleet, costs, contacts, employees, invoices, calendar— as an Excel file with one sheet per section. The data is yours; Rechnia acquires no rights over it.
It depends on the plan: 1 on Basic, 4 on Professional and 12 on Enterprise. There are two roles: administrator, who sees and manages everything (company, plan, employees, accounting), and employee, who works with the fleet, the projects, the calendar, the contacts and their own time tracking and absences, without seeing the accounting or the rest of the team's data.
You type the chassis number from an advert and the application fills in make, model, engine size and power by querying a vehicle data provider, so you neither type them nor get them wrong. Each lookup uses one of the plan's monthly quota. If your screen says “paused for now”, the provider is not connected yet: in the meantime the details are filled in by hand and the quota is not consumed.
Transport with the real route from the address where the car is to your delivery address: kilometres, tolls and fuel based on the vehicle's own consumption, by truck or driven. Taxes with the official tables: registration tax by emissions and the official (BOE) value, transfer tax, plates and MOT. Where a figure is not certain, the application flags it as an estimate instead of inventing it, and the calculation is not tax advice.
Spanish, Catalan and English; each person picks theirs and can change it from their profile. It runs in the browser, nothing to install, and it is designed to be used on a phone and a tablet too: clocking in, checking a car or logging an expense from a supplier's car park.
It is the built-in help: a chat that answers from the user guide to explain where everything is and how it is done. It answers with an artificial intelligence system from an external provider; it can be wrong and it is not advice of any kind. Your business data is not used to train any artificial intelligence system.
No. In Fleets › Import you upload a .csv or .xlsx file and Rechnia recognises the columns by their name, in Spanish or English, whatever order they are in; the only mandatory one is the VIN, and the rest —make, model, mileage, plate, origin address…— is filled in if present. You can do it as many times as you want. And the other way round, whenever you like: from Settings › Account you download an Excel file with all your company data, section by section.
Before subscribing, from Contact: tell us how you work and we will tell you frankly whether this is for you. Once inside, from Settings › Support, where you write and follow the reply; and if something fails, the screen gives you a short code you can paste into the message so we know exactly what happened.
