1. Identification of the owner

Address: Vilafranca del Penedès (Barcelona), 08720. Contact email: rechnia@rechnia.com. Activity: provision of an information society service consisting of a subscription web application for managing the import and sale of vehicles, aimed at companies and professionals.
Hosting: the site and the application are hosted on servers of Render Services, Inc. (a US company; servers in Frankfurt, European Union). Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland); the provider never receives or stores card numbers.
2. Purpose and terms of use of the public pages
This notice governs access to and use of the public pages of rechnia.com (home, pricing, access request, contact and legal texts). Use of the application by the companies that subscribe to it is governed by the terms and conditions of use, the privacy policy and the data processing agreement, linked in the footer of every page.
Anyone accessing the public pages undertakes to use them lawfully and not to take any action that could damage, overload or disable the site, nor to attempt to access restricted areas or other people's data. The provider may block access to anyone who breaches these conditions.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
The Rechnia brand, the domain name, the design, the code, the texts, the graphics and the other contents of this site and of the application belong to the provider or to third parties who have licensed their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Viewing, printing or downloading content from the public pages for personal or internal use is allowed; reproducing, distributing, transforming or publicly communicating it for commercial purposes without the provider's written authorisation is not.
The data each company enters into the application belongs to that company; the provider acquires no rights over it, as detailed in the terms and in the data processing agreement.
4. Liability and links
The provider endeavours to keep the information on the public pages accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors and may change it without notice. Prices, quotas and plan features are those in force at the time of publication; the conditions applicable to each subscription are those of the terms and conditions in force when subscribing.
Links to third-party sites (map providers, vehicle data providers, official sources) are provided for reference: the provider neither controls nor is responsible for their content.
The provider is not liable for damage arising from service interruptions due to causes beyond its control, nor for the use made of the published information, without prejudice to any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
5. Data protection and cookies
The processing of the personal data of those who visit the site, request access or use the application is explained in the privacy policy. The cookies the site uses, and how to accept or reject them, are explained in the cookie policy; the only ones set without asking for permission are the strictly necessary ones.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to the public pages, and unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Vilafranca del Penedès (Barcelona).

This document is an English translation of the original Spanish text, which is the one accepted and the one with contractual effect. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Spanish version prevails.
