1. Identification of the owner

In compliance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI), please note that the website rechnia.com and the application reachable from it, which are offered under the trade name Rechnia, are owned by the person identified below; Rechnia is not a company or a legal entity separate from that person. Owner (hereinafter, «the provider»): Pol Munné Martínez, a natural person trading as a self-employed individual (autónomo), tax ID 48244334V.

Address: Vilafranca del Penedès (Barcelona), 08720. Contact email: rechnia@rechnia.com. Activity: provision of an information society service consisting of a subscription web application for managing the import and sale of vehicles, aimed at companies and professionals.

Hosting: the site and the application are hosted on servers of Render Services, Inc. (a United States company; servers in Frankfurt, European Union), which serves them through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland), in a Stripe form embedded in the application or, where applicable, on Stripe's payment page; the provider never receives or stores card numbers.

2. Purpose and terms of use of the public pages

This notice governs access to and use of the public pages of rechnia.com (home, platform, pricing, about us, frequently asked questions, access request, contact and legal texts). Use of the application by the companies that subscribe to it is governed by the terms and conditions of use, the privacy policy and the data processing agreement, linked in the footer of every page.

Anyone accessing the public pages undertakes to use them lawfully and not to take any action that could damage, overload or disable the site, nor to attempt to access restricted areas or other people's data. The provider may block access to anyone who breaches these conditions.

3. Intellectual property and name of the service

The design, the code, the texts, the graphics and the other contents of this site and of the application belong to the provider or to third parties who have licensed their use —among them, open-source software components subject to their own licences— and are protected by intellectual property law. The Rechnia name, its logo and the rechnia.com domain identify this site and the provider's service, and may not be used in a way that could cause confusion with them. Viewing, printing or downloading content from the public pages for personal or internal use is allowed; reproducing, distributing, transforming or publicly communicating it for commercial purposes without the provider's written authorisation is not.

The data each company enters into the application belongs to that company; the provider acquires no rights over it, as detailed in the terms and in the data processing agreement.

4. Liability and links

The provider endeavours to keep the information on the public pages accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors and may change it without notice. Prices, allowances and plan features are those in force when consulted; each subscription is subject to those published at the time of subscribing, under the terms and conditions then in force.

Links to third-party sites (map providers, vehicle data providers, official sources) are provided for reference: the provider neither controls nor is responsible for their content.

The provider is not liable for damage arising from service interruptions due to causes beyond its control, nor for the use made of the published information, without prejudice to any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

5. Data protection and cookies

The processing of the personal data of those who visit the site, request access, write to the provider or use the application is explained in the privacy policy. The cookies the site uses, and how to accept or reject them, are explained in the cookie policy: without asking for permission, only technical cookies and those the person requests when using the website, such as the language they choose, are set.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from access to the public pages will be heard by the courts that have jurisdiction under the applicable rules.

Prevailing version

This document is an English translation of the original Spanish text, which is the one accepted and the one with contractual effect. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Spanish version prevails.
